An esteemed Russian military figure has been killed following an detonation in Moscow, according to reports from authorities.
The incident happened on Monday morning when an bomb concealed beneath a vehicle was set off, resulting in the death of Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov.
Sarvarov was the head of the armed forces' operational training department.
